Magazine Odvetnik in the Year 2016

Magazine Odvetnik (The Attorney) was first published on 1 December 1998 and is a professional and informative gazette of The Slovenian Bar Association (Odvetniška zbornica Slovenija – OZS). The articles are available also on the web page of The Bar (<www.odv-zb.si>). In 2016, four regular issues and one special issues of the magazine were published. The special issue was dedicated to articles of lecturers on the traditional Bar School, which was held on 15 and 16 April 2016 in Portorož. In this article, published in Pravnik, we publish summaries of the most interesting articles published in this year’s five issues (year XVIII, No. 74-78). The text was arranged by the editor-in-chief of the magazine Odvetnik Andrej Razdrih.
